A World from a Pencil Line

This project is especially close to me because it feels like sketching straight from my childhood daydreams.
With only a pencil line and soft shading, I wanted to capture the cozy messiness of being a kid—

when even a mysterious egg could become your whole world.

Inside the Story

Cordelia stumbles upon a very peculiar egg—oddly shaped, yet strangely endearing.
She names it “Eggy” and pours her heart into hatching it, even without knowing what lies inside.
Along the way, she wonders: can she really be a mother, perhaps even a better one than nature itself?
This story is my playful exploration of imagination, patience, and the tender bond that grows from unexpected places.
