A Sweet Spark of Inspiration

This piece started after a fun chat with my sister about my nephew’s cute love story. I couldn’t stop smiling, and decided to turn that moment into an illustration. I feel lucky to have someone who often inspires me. I hope my two little clients enjoy this small gift.

Inside the Story

This piece started with a simple idea: two kids quietly sharing a soda on a lazy afternoon. I wanted to show that early kind of affection—shy, sweet, and wordless. Adding the puppy brought it all together, turning the moment into a gentle, lighthearted scene about young love.

Behind the Lines and Layers

Though I work as a digital artist, my process always begins with sketches scribbled on paper. I also love bringing in the warmth and richness of classic mediums, so my computer desk is never without paints and pens scattered around.

Framing the Feeling

Every part of the image supports the mood: the shared soda, glances, tangled laces—all small hints of connection. The puppy acts as both a fun detail and a nod to “puppy love,” wrapping the moment in innocence and charm.
