When Snow Whispers

It’s time to snow—not the ordinary kind, but the quiet magic that slows the world down.
As the cover artist for Spider Magazine’s “Snow Day” issue, I wanted to give each snowflake its own personality.

Isn’t it fun just to imagine how these little extraterrestrial flakes might play a part in a snowball fight with friends you’ve been eagerly waiting to see?

 Inside the Book

For this cover, I took a slightly whimsical approach to the theme of a snowy day,

imagining playful mini aliens who could join me in the fun.

Snow Day

I created a perspective that lets the reader become one of the mini aliens,

looking down at the main character. I hope it conveys the feeling of flying through the falling snowflakes.
